- Cancellation Before Work Starts: If you cancel the project before any work has commenced, a full refund will be issued, minus any transaction fees.
- Partial Refunds: If significant progress has not been made on the project, you may be eligible for a partial refund, which will be calculated based on the amount of work already completed.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Any deposits, fees for services such as domain purchases, third-party software, and tools are strictly non-refundable.
- No Refunds After Delivery: Once the project deliverables (web development, design, or marketing services) have been completed and approved by the client, no refunds will be granted, also no refunds on change of mind.
Revisions and Changes
A limited number of revisions are included in your service package, as outlined in the contract. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Any changes to the original project scope or requests for additional features will result in extra fees and may alter the timeline for project delivery.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website and marketing materials will be transferred to the client. This includes all source code, graphics, and content created by us.
We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. We will not share your information with third parties, except as necessary to provide the services, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate our services if the client breaches these Terms and Conditions or the contract. No refunds will be issued for terminated services due to client breach.

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and you are responsible for reviewing them regularly.
